This is actually in the context of engineering; but I received a contract that mentions it. First time Ive heard of such a thing and by looking online all I can gather is "I would read my rights back to the EPA (should something go awry?) Just not sure what the purpose is or how its used. Can someone 'splain?
Sounds like something similar to the notion of acknowledging informed consent but in more of a legal contractual context perhaps?
Is this in regards to discipline and questioning? I’m not seeing the connection between engineering and Reverse Miranda Rights or Miranda Rights for that matter. Need more info.
Is this an employment contract? If so, I’d say the employer is simply ensuring that you will not talk to the EPA without consulting the company and/or their attorney(s). 
Reverse Miranda cards are usually given to children and persons who are not competent to safeguard their own rights when confronted by someone in a governmental position of authority. They basically invoke right to silence and counsel of their legal guardian or attorney.
