Anyone running an Aimpoint ML2 or ML3 in a Bobro mount? If so what do you think of the lock up? Pics would be appreciated.
I’m currently running a Trijicon TX30 in the Bobro Cantilever mount.
It’s very, VERY, GTG.
The thing locks on like a vice. Taking it on and off is an absolute cakewalk. I’ve removed it quite a number of times, shot with it, no loss of zero, etc. etc. etc.
Stickman recommended it, and I heeded his advice.
Dude, get it. The contact area is huge, and it sits as snug as a bug in a rug.

Thanks for the reply. I ordered a ML3 and Bobro from Grant. Now my only concern is how a LT pivot mount will line up my 3X magnifier. I’m excited to get my hands on that Bobro. If you get a chance, those pics would be great.

Ironically enough, I’m considering the LT QD Magnifier combo. I was actually just looking at that before you made your OP. I’m considering taking the 3X plunge, and I’m glad I got the Cantilever mount instead of a standard-type.
The LT should align just fine.
Edit: LFE: Notice the lack of rear BUIS. The YHM irons I griped so heavily on, along with IraqGunz, have been removed. In addition to their crap-tastic nature, once removed, the wobbly rear sight wouldn’t even re-mount. Pathetic. I’m probably going to go Troy flip-ups on this one, and with the fixed LT or LMT on the S&W. Now I need to figure out if there’s a front sight that will mount to the gas block without having to replace the gas block. If only I had come to M4Carbine.net prior to getting the blaster. Now, to be a total hypocrite, the CAA stock, which was highly maligned here, actually functions extremely well. It locks on tight, and the storage compartment stays shut. It’s cozy as a fleece blanket, too. BrigadeQM has a retail store about 300 yds. from my house, and they’ll let you try anything they’ve got in stock on their dummy weapons. I hate to say it, but it’s actually pretty damned nice. I was woefully tired of waiting on the Magpul ACS to come out; even though I’ll probably end up replacing the CAA when it does. Then I said, “Screw it!” and tried to score a, now unobtainium UBR. “The Magpul Curse”. My wallet hates those guys, but my blasters love 'em.

Nice looking mount/optic. If you can get some pix showing the locking lever both closed and open that would be helpful for those of us not savy with the make.
Also, you may be let down somewhat by the AP extender. Not as far as workmanship or anything but more in the “bang 4 buck” kinda way. So having said that–be sure to look into the Po Boy from LaRue. At $200.00 it maybe the best way to go for gaining magnification with your RDS?
I haven’t ruled out the PO’Boy, but I’m after reading USMC03’s review of the off-axis/pivot mount paired with the 3X’er, I’m wanting to give it a shot - literally. I was actually shoppin’ around on the LT site prior to the OP, looking at the PO’Boy and the AP3X Combo. The jury’s not out, yet. I’m still debating whether I want the pivot mount or the QD throw/fixed mount.

Got my ML3 and Bobro mount from Grant today. Man that thing is sweet. Can’t wait to get out on the Range. Looking forward to the T-1 mount as well.

This is one of the more ridiculous statements I will make, but I’m going to put off buying an optic for my newest addition, until I see what mounts Andrew starts putting out.
