Apparently this is (or will be) the only authorized sling for USAF M4’s. Not familiar with it, but how different is the Army version (if there is one)?

The Army’s issued sling is the same black parade sling that it’s had for decades. A lot of guys and units use different slings, but that is the one that comes with our M4s and there isn’t any other standard really. The Marines have been using the VCAS as standard issue for a few years I believe.
