Ooo a pistol version of the Ten Speed pouch. Is that going to be followed by a MOLLE version also?

I think those Dapper pouches are going to find a home inside of my POK LBC.

Do you have dimensions of the pack? And do you have the option to remove the bungee cord?

The beauty of our DAP line is that the system is totally modular and user configurable on the interior of the pack (or case, insert, etc.). Here it is set up using our DAP accessory pouches as a medical coverage pack.

Ooooh, I like that. Nice size for a med pack, and discreet. Thanks for the pics in that config. Yours and Jeffs have been helpful. The ones on the website are of little to no use.

Very nice kit indeed.

Here a couple from the field; or I guess technically “a” field.

Stephen, I REALLY like that setup as a med kit. Just the right size to carry everything from booboo treatment to serious business. Like the way you have it setup too with the mesh pouches in the rear. I could see filling those with band-aints, ointments, meds, etc. and since those kinds of treatments are immediate need there would be time to get to them, while immediate need stuff is in the front where it can be accessed quickly.

Could you post a “kit of parts” of which Dappers you used to make that?

I’m still trying to figure out which configuration of pouches I’d need to use one of these as a range bag. Since it opens up flat, and with that flap in the middle there are a lot of possibilities.

Our “Medical Coverage DAP Kit” consists of the following:

1 each - DAP Pack, Small

2 each – DAP Zippered Utility Pouch

1 each – DAP Accessory Panel

1 each – DAP Ten Speed Triple Shingle

1 each – DAP Zippered Admin Panel

2 each – DAP Accessory Loops, Small

2 each – DAP Accessory Loops, Medium

2 each – DAP Accessory Loops, Large

It should be on the website shortly as an option with a kit discount.

Hello All.

Yep,I know this is a 2006 thread, but I just thought it may be helpful to post a review of the DAP pack I/we have been using for awhile now.

Through Team funds,we had purchased the DAP packs. mine has the following:
*Accessory wing .
*2 mesh pockets.
*Admin Pocket.
*2 Lg Dappers.
*2 Med Dappers.
*2 Small Dappers
*4 “Milspec Monkey” Velcro keepers.

I have PCU level 7 (Wet Weather) in the mesh pouches;the top in one, bottoms in the other, the rest in set up pretty much as pix show, with Med (Dressings, compressed Gauze,NPAs,Pnemo 14 Ga needles in County Comm tubes ect),and other Misc Mission essential items (nice, soft TP when deployed:D) ect.

At first,I was afraid it may be too small or too lightweight;it has proven to be neither. It is superbly built, and once you think thru what you are using the pack for,the various configurations are endless. This is easily my favorite pack now,and everyone else feels the same. BFG really thought this out well, and the ability to add/subtract items as needed is great.

One thing I did was to take the plastic frame sheet from the issue “assault pack” and cut it down to fit in the rear pocket on the inside to give the velcro some shape/rigidity, BEFORE I got the Accessory wing. With the wing, that is not really needed, as it provides good shape/rigidity for whatever weight is carried.

the shoulder straps are lightly padded, and carries well both over Armor as well as without, when just using around post/town where-ever. I got mine in MC,in anticipation of the Uniform Change for Afg (which we never got),while others split choices between MC like mine,or Coyote.

If anyone wants pictures,I can oblige, but mine is almost a carbon copy of what has been posted already.

I guess to sum things up, this is a extremely well built pack, and the size is deceptive-it is able to expand to hold a surprising amount of stuff, and hold it well. As I said earlier, this is my favorite pack, over Oakley,Eagle III-A,LBT jumpable ect,I prefer this one. If your thinking of getting one,you wont be sorry:)

First, thanks for putting the information up, I’m very interested in the DAP pack and all the possible configurations for use them.

Second, did you or your team have any configuration for use it as “Go Bag” or ammo carrier? I’m thinking in using it completely opened for fast and easy access to ammo, frag, smoke, or even breaching accesories. The guys I’m working with have their own medpacks issued by their Command, so I’ve been waiting months for the release of the “Warfighter Combo” in DAP’s website but still nothing.

Thanks, and stay safe.
