What’s the best case under a $100 for an AR carbine? 35" interior would be ideal. Pictures please!
You are typically NOT going to get a US made product at that price (there might be 1 or 2 exceptions).

If all you want to do is transport the rifles to the range, then the LA Gear diplomat cases are very good and very cheap. They are only $18.99 now. I have had very good luck with them.
If you are going to use the bag for work, spend the money on a quality bag with a great zipper. You don’t want a Chinese zipper that may fail.
It’s not for work. This school teacher hopes he never has to work with his AR. Still, I like buying quality, if for no other reason than that I want to do my part to rid the world of shoddy, third-rate merchandise.

Have been ABSOLUTELY astounded at the value per dollar in the Condor Outdoor gear. They also will provide dealers with same products made in the US if requested (higher price point I’m sure). The detail on the gear INSIDE and out just makes me smile. I tend to kick the shit out of my stuff too. The case is holding up perfectly, yet not quite so clean now 
I believe my case was about $65 at my local Black Rifle shop.
I picked up the exact case (not sure if its the same brand) at a gunshow for $40. i took the front bags off and it makes it much less bulky.

Heck of a case for 70 clams. I’ve got the single version. For the money, these 5.11 cases are impressive. Heavyweight material, well constructed, plenty of room, seem pretty durable.

I picked up one of the 5.11 double cases from LA Police and find it to be a great case for the money. In fact, I think I will get another in 42" for the FAL’s. But that Condor does look pretty nice!
+1 for the 5.11 case it is under $100.
Oh, by the way… the Condor’s come in duel rifle cases now too. Also with “hide away backpack” harnesses. That came after I got the one I have. Mine is only a single with single shoulder strap.
It’s a little over $100 but man I want one, I just can’t decide on color for still subdued but not screaming rifle in bag.

Don’t know where it was made and it isn’t real fancy but it seems pretty good.
1 30rd mag or 2 boxes of 20 rds fit in each pocket.
Issue cleaning kit and small bottle of oil fit in zipper pocket.
I paid about $25 for it.
Carbine fits nicely.
