I have a very lightly used KMR 13 rail that I would like to swap for a 15" KMR in similar condition. I will pay shipping for both, maybe throw a little cash on top if yours is new to sweeten the deal.
Edit: I’ve had several people express interest in purchasing my 13" KMR outright so I figured I’d go ahead and address that possibility here in this thread. I am open to selling the rail, but not until I have a replacement in hand. Right now the 15" KMR is out of stock, however when it becomes available again (if a trade has not been made) I will purchase the 15" and offer the 13" for sale. I will update this thread when that option becomes available; I’ll be looking for $230 shipped for the 13".
