So I go to get in an elevator this morning, I see an older guy heading towards the elevator, so I hold the door for him.
As he enters the elevator, he thanks me, I tell him yeah no problem. Then I notice his blue polo shirt says FBI then under it it says FBI Academy.
I tell him I have been there.
He asked if I attended the Academy or the National Academy which is for police officers from around the country.
I reply neither I was there to consult with HRT, as an exchange program. I went on to tell him I chanced terrorist in Israel.
He asked my if I was there to consult on the sniping program ?
I got the most stunned look on my face, and told him as a matter of fact I was.
He then told me that he was one of the agents that I worked with and that he thought it was some of the best knowledge that someone shared with him. He told me that prior to the FBI he had served in Force recon of the USMC.
I thanked him for the kind words and then I switched the subject and asked him if I remember correctly at the time the HRT was using Novak Hi Powers, and asked him if he still carried a gun. He kind of chuckled and pulled up his shirt showing me a Novak Hi Power,
We exchanged info and are going to get together for a drink soon.
