Tangential, note the mention of metals in that write up. Iron homeostasis in particular appears essential aspect there (as well as covid damage and perhaps vaccines…), and controlling iron may be a key to various diseases as well as AD and lactoferrin modulates iron homeostasis:

All I know is that it’s a shit ass thing to deal with on both sides.
I watched my dad dwindle away for 10 years before he died.
