Airman Roger Fortson's killer not getting a free pass just yet

The deputy(a colleague of the Okaloosa SO acorn shooting duo) who

  • kept hounding a quasi witness for the apartment number of an alleged disturbance resulting in arriving at the wrong apartment
  • actively avoided the peep hole once at the apartment
  • shot Airman Roger Fortson as soon as he noticed Fortson was armed

has been denied his entitled free pass.

This was not a qualified immunity request which he is all but guaranteed to receive to get a free pass on the civil suit.

Massad Ayoob is back to defending the indefensible when a cop does it, but in this case it didn’t work well.

So All I heard was a Televison playing in the background, the Cop yelled “Police”, but did not allow anyone to see him from inside the Apartment.
The Cop’s wrong, never unlock your door for Cops.

I think this was the one where an apartment on another floor that had a history of disturbance calls may have been the source of the noise this time.

Either way, there was a female resident who Duran asked multiple times which it apartment it was and multiple times she indicated she did not know until the last time.

Never have understood people who can’t accept “I don’t know” as an answer, but will cheerfully accept a made up response that is wrong.

If you don’t know what’s going on, Leave the Front Door Closed and stay as far away as you can and remain in the Apartment, lay down and don’t say anything.
If the Cops want in the Apartment, they will bring a warrant and lots of Friends with them. If it’s not the Cops, they will raise hell and go away in five minutes either way nothing going on outside your door is going to be good for you. Keep the door closed.
Now, you can Yell “COPS” until you are Blue in the Face, the Fact that doesn’t change in all of this is you keep playing games and hiding after you knock or ring the Bell only makes me believe you are a Crimminal.
No, “F” him, he lazy as hell and instead of asking someone who doesn’t know, Why not wait a minute until the noise can be heard again? If you hear it take action, if you dont, you go away. Which is a lot better policy than shooting Folks have haven’t done anything.

I actually view it as a problem that someone can effectively be held hostage in their home due to hearing something going on outside in the first place and an even larger problem that somehow goes double if the perp outside might be a cop.

Massad Ayoob is a clown.

Has there ever been a shooting by a cop that Ayoob didn’t make excuses for?

Why do you hate wigs?

Because clowns wear wigs, they just can’t help it. Even when they’re trying to hide their evil creepy nature by not wearing clown makeup they can’t resist a wig.

Massad Ayoob is no different. He’s got the creepy hair piece, the googly eyes, and strange mannerisms.

I need to get a creepy hairpiece.

I was thinking, a different wig for each day of the week.

Because they never look like they are on straight are the correct color and are combed right. It’s like talking to someone who’s scalp could take flight and orbit the room at any moment.

I come from a long line of Bald Guy’s.
The Guys who handle it well let it go natural and they wear a hat out in the Sun. I mean I have an Uncle that began balding in High School. It hit’s the Irish Men hard in my Family and it’s like a Tom Landry look alike contest at my Family Reunion’s..
You can comb it over for a while, but eventaully you just have to either handle it like a Man or Buy a Rug, it’s your choice.
Homeyboy Massad bought the wrong color with a bad fit and it’s like a handicap for him it has to be. When your expert testimony counts, you dont want to be known as the Man with the silly Toupee.

Please let me edit to add;
This goes for all those Guys who color their hair also. Yes, they did used to call you “Rusty” when you were 14, but you’re 80 now and yes you might have some “Rusty” parts but,…

A coworker mentioned figuring out a guy’s wig one evening during a snow storm. He said all the crew out scrsping snow and ice off had sopping wet hair except the wig guy which had about an inch of snow stacked up on it.

The men i have seen who dye their hair tend to go with a shade of black that isn’t a natural color for black hair or a shade found anywhere in nature i have ever seen.

Saw a 60+ lady waiting in line once who drew on 2 June Bug green “eyebrows” as 2 straight lines like this who looked mad as hell. Lol

Yes, I believe that shade of Black is Called on the Box " Dunlop, extra dark as Hades Burt Reynolds Black, Now with Extra Blackness." It is so Black it looks like an Armor All’ed car tire.
Darker than an 80 year old Mariachi Singers hair full of “Three Rose’s Pomade”

Yeah, I gave up all that in my early 30’s and just started buzzing my hair off and periodically shaving my head. Like you said handle it like a man.
