Aimpoint Twist?

Has anybody tried the Aimpoint Twist mount? Does it co-witness with a Larue mount well, or do you have to use a space to do so? Any pictures of it in usage?

It works just fine. Here is what mine looks like up close (LT660 QD mount):

Is that as close to the T-1 that you can get the magnifier and still have it be readily removable?

I second this question.

I really like being able to quickly remove the magnifier instead of just folding it to the side with the LaRue mount, which is also incredibly nice.

I remember that somebody had flipped their T-1 on the LaRue mount, so that the lever was on the left side of the gun and allowed the magnifier to be placed closer by one rail slot. I can’t recall if that was with one of the flip-mounts for the magnifier, though.

Pretty sure that was USMC03 using the larue FTS mount.
