Advice Needed - New suppressor in CT

Hey Guys-

So I’m hoping someone could give me some advice. I recently took home my new Ti-rant 45 can after waiting 6 months. During the waiting period, I sold all of my guns, as I needed money. My plan was to just buy a handgun for the suppressor after I brought it home after the tax stamp wait. Well, now with the new CT ban, its looks like I can’t buy a threaded barrel handgun. Am I basically screwed and need to sell the can?

Just buy the handgun normally and purchase the barrel separately…just can’t buy one that comes with the threaded barrel. Doesn’t sound like a big deal or even much of an inconvenience.
