I’m needing to sell an AAC Blackout Muzzle Brake of mine for use as a brake ONLY. Do not buy this for suppressor use. For some reason it would not lock up correctly on my Mini-4 suppressor so I messed around with it trying to “fit” it to the suppressor. I was never able to accomplish that task and the fit was never right so I’m selling it.
You can see in the photos there is some shiny area around the mating surface where I polished up the area trying to get the suppressor to seat one click father. I also modified the last couple of the locking teeth where the suppressor was engaging. Again, don’t buy this for suppressor use.
HOWEVER, it is a perfectly function and usable brake. I have then on all my guns even if I don’t use the suppressor on them because they are great brakes. This comes with a brand new tube of Rockset as well as a new pack of indexing shims for your install and it all comes in the new package with instructions.
This is clearly a used product and there is carbon build up on the brake section that was under the suppressor. If you shoot the piss out of your guns like I do, none of this should matter anyways.
