Hampshire Police have apologised after 18-year-old student Henry Nowak was handcuffed and arrested in the moments before he died from stab wounds in Southampton, saying officers were initially ‘misled’ about what had happened at the scene.
In a video statement released after the trial, France apologised that Nowak had been handcuffed and arrested shortly before losing consciousness. He said officers arriving at the scene had been given misleading information during the 999 call and by those present when they arrived. Hampshire Police later stated on social media that officers had been ‘misled at the scene, including denial of weapon use.’
According to the force, officers placed Nowak in handcuffs after being told he was involved in an assault. Court proceedings later heard that Nowak told officers he had been stabbed and was struggling to breathe.
France said officers realised the severity of his injuries within three minutes of arriving, removed the handcuffs, called for an ambulance and began CPR. The circumstances surrounding the initial response have since prompted significant public debate and calls for greater transparency over what happened during the incident.
Evidence presented during the trial showed that Nowak suffered multiple stab wounds following a confrontation with Digwa in Southampton. Prosecutors said Digwa repeatedly denied using a knife and attempted to divert attention from what had happened after the attack. The jury rejected his claims of self-defence and convicted him of murder and possession of a bladed article.
Digwa’s mother, Kiran Kaur, was also convicted of assisting an offender after the court heard she removed the knife from the scene. France said pathologists who gave evidence at trial concluded that Nowak’s injuries were not survivable. According to the police statement, the fatal wound caused extensive internal bleeding and was difficult to identify immediately at the scene.

All of that is a miracle and a very good thing, right up until you push those folks too far out of thier comfort zones.
Then when we finally reached that point where we’ve seen enough of this, then we make an assembly line oif Death and that’s ugly because it’s pretty indiscriminate once it reaches idle and all sorts of Folks end up in a mess.
I never thought the British would have allowed it to go this far. But they will start killing very soon.
“Why did the officers immediately place him in handcuffs? There was no evidence of any racism against the murderer because there was never any racism committed by Henry. So why did they place him in handcuffs? You can tell us that nothing would have saved him but it does not change the fact that their first response was to arrest him when they could have listened to him and driven him straight to the hospital, those extra minutes could have made a difference. Those officers may not have delivered the killing blow but they certainly assisted in the death of the poor guy. Those officers should be charged with manslaughter.”
Whites are the only group who mistakenly believed in a post racial world. We were deliberately brainwashed to no longer see race when every other race on the planet sees only race.
Whites have lost their tribal instinct and are losing their lands as a result.
If one Indian gets into an organization and achieves the roll of hiring others, he will only hire other Indians until the entire company is Indian. Blacks will only hire other blacks, etc. Whites have been so browbeaten that they are the only ethnic group to act against their own self interest. How many White liberal women have you seen screaming to “Abolish Whiteness”? Have you seen any other race do the same? When was the last time a black guy was screaming to abolish blackness?
Is that a prerequisite of having a trial? Woke jury selection?
Statistically speaking black jurors have a much higher probability of acquitting a black defendant and convicting a White defendant than a White juror has of acquitting a White defendant and convicting a black one. These studies show that Whites are more fair jurors than blacks, often ignoring race when black jurors do not. That is a major problem.
I saw a news article that mentioned a potential juror being dismissed because he/she said they could not send Anthony to prison. You think that juror was White or black?
You know when someone tells me these People are more prone to Violence and then I see them get so emotional at a Graduation and make fools of themselves it totally makes sense to me that is a fact.
I don’t understand it, I was raised that emotional outbursts were inappropraite after the age of two. The inability to control your emotions and make judgement calls on your responce will esseentially ruin your life and it happens every day.
This one from a few years back would have probably been easy get a favorable appeal had Slager been convicted due to picking a guy with a felony indictment to be the jury foreman.
