Looks well put together (although I think I’d hurt myself on that trigger guard)!
It’s amazing how quiet they can be with subsonic ammo… just the sound of the bolt really.
Yeah they are really quiet with subs. This one has a 5" TROS three lug barrel. Spikes ST-9X heavy buffer helps a lot also.
I’d love to pick up a 9 mm upper for practice purposes. Which upper is that? Can you use WWB in it?
It is a RRA upper receiver. I put this together for some thing cheaper to shoot also and so I could use my 9MM suppressor on it.
So far it has eaten every type of ammo that I have fed it with out any problems.
It will run with WWB.
I normally run 147gr so it will be subsonic.
Here is mine. It’s a CMMG 7.3" 9mm upper on a Converted Transferable SP1.
