What type buffer tube is on an 6920 & where is the best place to get 1

Standard milspec carbine.
Check with Bravo, Brownell’s, etc.
To be more specific I believe its manufactured/supplied by CMT.
Deltron was selling the CMT mil spec buffer tube for $35.99.

Otherwise a LMT, Vltor or CMT tube will be the same dia.
How does the DPMS 5 position mil-spec tube compare? I know it is not the same as a 6920, but will I regret using one and is it forged or extruded or whaterver?

Colt tubes are machined in house by Colt from forgings.
Hmmmmm… Curious who has correct info.
Either way I would definately go with the Colt, VLTOR, LMT, or CMT before a DPMS.
