Tactical Armor Products TAP47 Steel rifle plates, manufactured by PACA. Hammer metal finish, single curve, AR500 steel.
From what I understand, they are level III+, but I cannot verify. I saw a video online of these plates surviving a ridiculous amount of torture, including several hundred rounds fired. It was pretty impressive.
These come with D-R anti-spall covers, which are very high quality and have been tested. See them here:
