The religion of piss at it again:

ISIS Claims 2 Deadly Explosions at Egyptian Coptic Churches on Palm Sunday

CAIRO — Two explosions at Coptic churches in Egypt on Palm Sunday left at least 40 people dead and injured dozens of others as a day of worship in the besieged Christian community turned to destruction and carnage.

The first blast ripped through St. George’s Church in northern Egypt in the Nile Delta city of Tanta, 50 miles north of Cairo, during a Mass about 9:30 a.m., according to an official from the Health Ministry. The deputy minister of health put the death toll at 27.

Hours later, a suicide bomber set off an explosion outside the main Coptic church in Alexandria, St. Mark’s Cathedral, killing at least 13 — including three police officers — and injuring 21 others, the Health Ministry said.

My sister-in-law’s family are Egyptian Copts. None of this surprises her or me.

Two of her cousins and an uncle were burned to death in a church attack, while waiting for visas to the US. Can you imagine how silly they were, trying to immigrate legally to the US? They should have just flown to Central America and walked across the border to sanctuary. Instead, they wanted to follow all the rules and become lawful American citizens. Such crazy talk…

To say our family is more than a little bitter about the Arab Spring would be a vast understatement.

Friend of mine was killed here in the states by one of the supposed peaceful “moderate” and “Americanized” Jihadi’s.

Pretty much tells you where I stand on the issue.

I’m really sorry for you and your family’s loss!Brother. I’m sure it has been said, and having suffered violent loss of my own mom and sister I can understand how these words don’t always mend straight away. But her cousins and uncles have received their crowns and have been embraced by the One who made them and knew hem before they took their first breath. Those that don’t believe find no comfort in those words, but I hope that your family does. They have brought me some comfort.
We American Believers don’t even comprehend the cost of the cross and our faith like our brothers and sisters who are living deep in Indian Country in e ME, where they face such hatred and violence. Times like this reinforce the utter broken state of our immigration policies. Where lawbreakers are given ‘compassion’ and mercy, while others who try to follow the correct process end up suffering.

Can you imagine the uproar complete with wailing and gnashing of teeth if a Christian had bombed a mosque for Ramadan?

RobertTheTexan…Trump had to rescind the part of his original EO that included exemptions for “religiously persecuted groups” (like the Coptic Christians referenced here) when he did the second one. If the Muzzies can’t come too it’s NOT FAIR!!! Waaahhhh! :cray:

The religion of peace strikes again…

AB,
I wasn’t aware of that. I guess it wasn’t much of an “Executive” Order then…
Politics really do make me sick to my stomach sometimes.

I think this news unfairly takes focus away from the plight of Syrian refugees.

As I was saying in the gas attack thread, why is it that we never see the photos of these victims but the mainstream media plasters dead Syrian children all over every front page and website?

Hmm, mass suasion anybody . . .
