30 Carbine Ammo Question

I’m looking for some ammo for a 30 caliber carbine. It seems that the Lake City surplus has pretty much dried up. Most of what I see now is from manufacturers that I no nothing about. (OK, I’m old).

So, what are some that you experts would recommend?

Aguila will shoot 5" or better at 100 yards out of my carbines. PPU shoots a little cleaner and will print a little tighter groups.

Winchester Q3132 is expensive, but noticeably hotter ammunition and more accurate.
