Only because Costco had a special edition Gozilla DVD a few years back with the original Japanese as well as the US version with Perry Mason, err, Raymond Burr, on a 2 disk set, which I of course snapped right up, and it was labeled “Gojira” so I knew something was up. After that, Google was my friend. 
unfortunately no geek am I when it comes to this subject. Wish I was. Besides Gozilla the only one I can remember is Rodan, which is my favorite.

You could use that thing for skeet shooting. That’s
the size of a small fricken bird. Imagin hitting that
while going 65 mph on a motorcycle, holy crap!
That thing could break the face shield on a helmet!

Wow. I never considered getting on a motorcycle and catching this thing in the nose/mouth at 50-70 MPH. It would blow you off the back of the bike, steal the bike and ride away!
