Not sure how new this is but has anyone tried this out on their thigh rig. (Zak Tool 212)
I’m not discussing whether a thigh rig is good or bad. That is not relevant, just want to know about this adapter plate and belt hook. Has anyone run them on their thigh rig or used them for their promoted purpose; throw on some extra mags or gas mask quickly…
Here are some links with a video on the product. I plan on using it to replace the plastic buckle on my Safariland Thigh Rig to raise it a bit and allow for the buckle/hook to swivel with my hip. The below item is made by down range gear but they are asking $50 for it and it doesn’t seem to raise it higher:
