Your ideas on which pistol holster for Carbine course???

I would like to get some advice on the most efficient Glock 19 holster to use at a carbine course and for concealed carry. I was told a Milt Sparks summer special is a good choice, but I wanted some expert advice on the pros/cons of what you use.
