YHM FF Rail on a BM Pistol

One of my buddies at work has a Bushmaster Carbon 15 Type 97 pistol and he’s interested in a YHM 7" FF Rail that I’m selling. Should he have any problems having the rail installed on his AR pistol?

Doubtful from the picture as Bushmaster is using their own carbon-fiber uppers and lowers.
