XPS 2-0 / G33 combo on a riser

Hey everyone,

Right now I’m running my eotech and G33 without a riser. The G33 comes with a riser I can insert. My issue is it I buy a riser from Larue or American Defense they both have a built in riser for the magnifier. If I put my eotech on it, and my magnifier without its riser, will they line up? Anybody run this? The Larue website goes into this some, but only mentions Aimpoint magnifier not the eotech.Thanks for the help,

If it doesn’t line up on the built in riser (which I thought was originally for a PVS-14) just mout behind on the receiver. If the doesn’t work you could try intalling the EOTech mount backwards. XPS models will fit this way, which keeps the extra riser forward and out of your way.

Yep I could mount it backwards, or I could just cut the raised section of rail off. I know the warranty would be gone but I trust the product.
