Resolved! LGS took them back. They were contacting the manufacture to find out what is the issue.

If it is a new one, they are a good deal different (like the new MAGPUL M3 308 MAGS).

I know Handl Defense SCAR SR 25 pattern trigger modules that XS used for their SCAR conversion kits were changed quite a bit. There was a good hollowing out of the mag well to accommodate. http://youtu.be/_7fB2-S7sC0

The old pattern seemed to always work in my Handl/SCAR or LMT

Thanks for the link. I was informed that there is no standard spec for the AR 308’s and all lower receivers have different fit. My LGS took these back from me.
