I have a new hobby, and its not reloading………its scuba diving.
Adco Firearms assembled the upper two weeks ago. Both the barrel extension and VLTOR gas block were medium loc-tited per Bill Alexander’s guidance to prevent vertical stringing. The gas block is also pinned. The M4 feed ramps match up perfectly. Because the barrel and bolt come as a combo, I used a LMT bolt carrier and Grant’s small parts to complete it.
It’s new, lubed, unfired and resting in a padded rifle case.
5.56 PMag was added for balancing the layout and CDI factor.
