I have an as-new Troy free-float extended rail for sale. I bought it, mounted it, put a light and vertical grip on it and quickly realized it was not what I needed. I’m going to replace it with a Troy 7" that will fit my needs better. This one is virtually new, and unblemished.
This does not require removal of the muzzle device or barrel. Simply cut off or otherwise remove the delta ring and snap ring, (and remove the front sling swivel if equipped as my Colt 6520 was), and this thing installs rock-solid.
