I have a “new” TA31 ACOG. It was removed from the box, put on my flat-top, thumb screws half tightened, looked around, removed, put back in the box and slide under the bed. Has flat-top mount with thumbscrews, in box with scope cover, lens pen, and all factory paperwork. Make best offer or would trade for NSN ACOG and little $$$ or Leupold 1.5x5 Illum. or like.
