This is my last .45 ACP 1911…actually, last .45 ACP gun at all. I have finally taken the plunge and gone all 9mm and ordered a custom 9mm 1911…so this must go…
This is a Nighthawk GRP Recon, with light rail. It comes with all the standard bells and whistles you should expect from Nighthawk, plus it has been upgraded with the barrel crown and flush fit to the bushing for additional accuracy.
This pistol retails from Nighthawk for $2450 without this additional custom work. To alleviate some confusion. This GRP comes from Nighthawk WITH the ambi-safety and the blended magwell, which would increase the retail price to $2665 WITHOUT the additional barrel customization. They also come with a Surefire. I am NOT including the Surefire with this package. Even without the light, with all the work, this gun was over $2500 new…essentially I am keeping the surefire and knocking well over $1000 off the package price…its certainly the most expensive weapon light ever purchased…
My gun is gently used, and has some wear on the high points, but is in fantastic shape. It comes in the Nighthawk pistol case with 4 nighthawk magazines, the test target, and an extra 18# and 20# spring from Nighthawk.
There is a reason this is my last .45 to go…it is a dream…absolutely a wonderful gun…it absolutely fit the bill of “if you are going to have just one…”
I would like $1750 FTF for this gun in NoVA…i will ship it for $1780…the last gun I shipped cost me $59 Fedex, so we are splitting costs
