This is a NFA item and I will not ship to states that do not allow SBR’s so please know your local laws before bidding or purchasing this full upper. Preferred method of payment is Paypal and their fee will be added to the final total. I do accept Certified Checks and Money Orders as form of payment, however, shipping will be delayed until the check clears. You do not need to have this shipped to an FFL, it can be shipped directly to you as long as you can legally own an SBR in your state or if you use it on a Pistol marked lower.
