I found this at a local shop and bought it on impulse. After handling it and thinking about it I’m not a huge fan of the 20lpi checkering or the light rail. Springfield did an excellent job on these pistols but I find that I prefer Wilson Combat, Ed Brown, Les Baer and Nighthawk 1911’s to anything else. Just something about them and the way they feel.
I would consider trading (plus/minus cash) for an Ed Brown Special Forces, Les Baer SRP or Premier II Super-Tac, Nighthawk or Wilson Combat 1911.
I can take some pics and post them in the next day or two. This is one I thought I would never sell, but I have said that before
