Upper SPFI have a factory Colt 6921 upper for sale. This upper has had approximately 100 rounds through it for function check and kept in the safe. This is not the HB, just standard M4 profile. Included are carry handle, charging handle, side mount sling swivel, standard M4 hand guards (not pictured), Knights M4carbine RIS with 3 long panels. This does not include the bolt carrier group. This upper is intended to be used with NFA firearms and is the owners responsibility to know the law. I will be willing to sell with it the pictured B.E.Meyers 249F Flash Terminator for $125.00 extra. These are hard to find and retail for $137.00/each. This Flash Hider can be permanently attached to make the upper the legal 16.25”. I will not sell the Flash Hider separate. I am asking $675 shipped for the upper and the flash hider if you want it, will be $125.00 extra.
