I have a complete, (including factory bolt carrier group) M4 Patrolmans Carbine upper for sale. This is the M4 profile barrel that has the 16 inch 1/9 twist chrome lines barrel. It is the flat top and DOES NOT come with the carry handle, Asking $450.00 shipped. I can provide pics if needed. Nothing wrong with the upper, just an upper I bought new recently to do a build with and have decided to go another route.
