Decided to with an 18" setup. This has seen all of 200 rounds in one range session.
Includes BCM upper, 16" chrome-lined, 1159E, 1:7 twist ELW-F (extra light weight fluted) barrel (BCM’s lightest barrel)(http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/BCM-16-Mid-Barrel-ENHANCED-LIGHT-WEIGHT-FLUTED-p/bcm-brl-mid-16-elw-f-std.htm), Mod 0 comp, gas tube, BCM low profile gas block, BCM gunfighter size “small” CH, and a Daniel Defense BCG. MBUS sights also included.
Gas tube has black blotches on it: I had a KMR handguard on there, scratched the finish (those suckers scratch easy) so re-sprayed it black. Note: I ended up keeping the KMR for use on another project, so you will need to get a standard barrel nut from your LGS/online.
Total cost to me was $650. Selling for $450, shipped.
