I don’t like to sell guns, but I have to concentrate on the guns I actually shoot, and all those I don’t shoot need to get converted to cash that goes toward training and shooting more with the ones I have left.
My M1 Garand .30-06 is in good to very good condition, on consignment at www.shooterspawn.com and I think they want $1000 plus shipping. In return, you get a Springfield M1 made in January 1942, one month after Pearl Harbor, and after the war went to Denmark, so it has a Danish barrel. It’s neither a wall-hanger nor a junker, just a good clean shooter. I replaced the clip latch spring and recoil spring and I’ve fired at least 400 rounds through it, including 50 rounds just before putting it on consignment, without a problem. I don’t know if Shooters Pawn (very reputable gun shop in Fayetteville NC) can take a pic and send it to inquirers, but you can ask them.
Best of all: free bayonet included, in case you have possums on your porch like I do, and I think I forgot to remove the combination tool from the stock compartment.
