WTK: what kind of mount is this at the rear of this Acog 1.5?

Looking at the Knobs, I believe it’s a Trijicon scope mount. I do not see them on Trijicon’s web page any more but they used to make Compact Acogs that where machined to allow them to use scope rings to mount them on to the Picatinny or Weaver type rails about 5 years ago.
