WTB: Skateboard tape

Figured I would post here and ask before I go and buy a whole roll. I’m sure there is someone who has extra tape laying around. I am interested in some extra 3M “grit tape” or Safety-Walk (the rubber kind). I definitely be willing to paypal a few bucks if someone has some extra and would be willing to drop it in the mail.

I just went to a local skateboard shop and asked if I could buy some. The person behind the counter sliced off about a foot and gave it to me, free gratis.

If there is a shop near you, it can’t hurt to ask. :smiley:

I would mail you what I had left, but I used it all on some PMags.

Try a surf shop for the skate board tape, or a Marine store for non Skid.

DC - If you really want skateboard tape, a surf or skate shop is the way to go. If you want the 3M tread tape, Home Depot is cheap and easy.

The BEST is where HOPLOETHOS suggested and that’s Tru-Grip from Eric Wesselman. It is a PERFECT match to your firearm and it stays on (novel concept).

Wow that’s impressive. I was more looking to keep my G10s or Cocobolos and I wanted a chunk to wrap over the front strap and under the front of the grips then tighten the grips down. If I like it great if not it’s nothing permanent.

I don’t know, enough to do my front strap over a few times. How wide is the roll?
