wrong 6004 holster

I goofed today when I picked up a new holster. Instead of grabbing the 6004-53, I got the “56” variant. The 56 is for a Springer 1911 with light rail, whereas my Springers don’t have the rail. Although I am new to this type of holster, it feels OK from my pov - so my plans are to keep it. (And if I get a pistol with light rail in the future - I’m good to go:)

Any reason to return it?

Ummm…maybe to get the one you need:confused:

Practice a bunch of draws and make sure it’s not binding by having too much room to move.

If you feel it’s good, then use it.

Otherwise, just sell it or trade it for the correct one.
