I am considering the purchase of a CMMG gas-piston kit for a new build. This is only being done to satisfy my curiosity about the piston-driven system—it will not be a serious-business rifle.
What I am wondering is, will the CMMG mid-length kit will work on a Bravo Company mid-length barrel? I prefer a 1-7 twist barrel and since the CMMG LEP II rifles/uppers only come with a 1-9 barrel, I will have to build my own upper.
Can anyone offer some help?
