WMD rocks

I just finished putting together my first AR last weekend - including Spikes BCG and G&R LPK hammer sent off to WMD to coat. The coated parts came back looking quite different than how I sent them. The build went smoothly, and I noticed how easily the BCG moved within the upper. Although the WMD guys (met them at SHOT - a great bunch and very helpful discussion with Holden Kriss) said I didn’t need to lube, put a very light film of Machine gunners lube from Springco on hammer face and correct BCG/bolt surfaces. Have 115 rounds downrange, and it looks as clean as when I put it together! Also, the trigger pull is smooth and breaks crisply and consistently at 6-7 lbs. Couldn’t be happier! My buddy who “went a different route” can’t stand his heavy and gritty trigger… Thanks WMD!
