I purchased a Wilson Combat complete upper and swear the upper that was sent to me is a blem. I’ve been dealing with WC customer service and am not very happy with their response times, etc. as they seem to just be avoiding me. Is there anyone specific I can contact to have my issues resolved? The upper came scratched up from what looks like where they installed the ejection port cover and the forward assist is useless, it doesn’t engage but once in a while, and the bolts finish is pealing off already. I expected much more out of Wilson Combat! Any help would be greatly appreciated, hopefully you can get me in contact with someone there, that will actually communicate and return my calls!
Sorry for getting on here to complain, but this has been going on now for a couple months. As much money as I’ve got into this upper I’d rather be out shooting it instead!!
