Has original forend, but I purchased and replaced it with a brand new Surefire 618LM as soon as I got the shotty. Surefire is included in the sale! Has Wilson soft case, papers, tactical sling that came with the purchase. Sling in the picture is just my multi shell holder sling thats NOT included. No ammo included.
