Does anyone have any good info on the Wilson Combat 1187? Scattergun Tech, Speedfeed, etc., but what’s the story? Experiences? Better than, but not as good as [you fill in the blank].
This is a civilian bbl (not the short Police one).

I didn’t think Wilson had ever made the semiautos. Seems like I remember reading that they discontinued them when they bought Scattergun Technologies.
They no longer make them nor even rebuild them for people. They refer you to a guy. I fell for that and sent him two of them. Line item by serial number what I wanted done. After two months of him not telling me the truth I got his wife on the phone and told her I was driving down there to pick up my weapons. She assured me they would be sent out for parkizing and returned to me with in one week and they were. However the work was not up to my standards and parts were switched around on the weapons even though I gave him line item details by serial number. I will not tell anyone the guys name by his initials are Steve Kelly of Ozark Outfitters and he works full time at Wilson. So if you call Wilson about getting an 11-87P done they refer you to him.
My expirience with that caused me to go to the Remington Factory for Certifications on these weapons and start my own business. Thanks Steve.
AI&P, What is your experience with using these? How do they stack up against others?
Mine is a blast to shoot. I love shooting it. However, they only cycle heavy loads like buckshot and slugs so shooting them is costly. Mine lives in the gun safe as I would never trust one to protect my life. It is for fun and not reliable enough for fighting. Got 870’s for that.
