Will these two parts fit together and make a complete rifle ready to shoot?

I would like to have the 24" upper

and the Complete Lower Half / Two Stage Trigger / 6-Position Tactical CAR Stock

Will they fit together straight out of the box and be ready to shoot?

+1 Tracker. I have watched RRA’s quality fall over the last 5-6 years. They are sub-par to Bushy, Oly and DPMS anymore, IMHO.
