Ive started lifting after 3 years of not stepping foot into a gym. I have stayed active through x-fit type stuff or bodyweight excercises, routines, etc… but recognize my lack of strength and have gotten too weak from too much running. That being said, I need a book that says “He DA, do this today, this tomorrow, etc…” I have Starting Strength by Rippetoe, but I honestly dont want to read the entire thing…any suggestions?
