Will an LMT MRP upper work on a Knights lower?

I know knights uses some proprietary parts in their guns.

Does anyone know if an LMT MRP upper will work on a KAC lower?

I want to build my own “Gen 3” 5.56 AR15 carbine. Between the QD barrel, and awesome KAC controls, I will have a gun that can join my XCR, SCAR and ACR (soon).
