Will a recoil buffer fit 4th Gen Glocks?

I got a recoil buffer from www.GlockStore.com and was wondering if it will fit a 4th Gen G17, & G22.

Does anybody know?

It won’t work and Glocks don’t need buffers anyway.

There is no need for one. The dual captured spring damps recoil significantly.

Whether or not if fits: I doubt it since the slide on the Gen IVs are different than Gen I, II, III slides in order to accomodate the new recoil spring ass’y.

General consensus = No it doesn’t work, nor does it really need to.
