Why can i not reply to EE listings?

When I go to reply/ inquire to a listing… I get a message that says I don’t have permissions.
Yet I can post in other areas…?
Please advise…

EE listing are locked except for the op. To reply to one you must pm the op. Here are the rules for the EE.
