Anyone have experience with this product that mitigates clouding of weapon light lens? If favorable - who carries it in stock?
Thanks in advance.
Never used that product, but Pat Rogers used to advocate smearing chapstick on the lens…wipes off cleanly and there isn’t a major impact to the light output.
The problem with lip balm is that it’ll attract debris, such as dust and dirt, which means that your light output can be adversely affected worse than just carbon from the muzzle device.
Slip 2000 EWL. When it gets dirty just wipe the lens down and reapply. Easy
Froglube or chapstick or Vaseline work great, just give it a soft wipe after application so there is only a thin coating on it. I avoid oils because I don’t want to degrade or defeat the lens O ring…

Thyrm makes a clear sticker, for lack of a better word. They work well.
