That sucks cause i love my bcm. I havent had it long and i already have over 2000 rounds through it without a single malfunction or jam and no loss of accuracy. Thats no bullshit

Can I ask why you hate AK’s? Because if you were open to the idea I’d highly recommend an Arsenal.
I have shot one before and it is kinda bulky, it feels like it would fall apart in my hands as i fire it. The recoil reduction isnt that affective, i hate the look of it and I hate the idea of owning a rifle prefered by terrorists. Noone will ever change my mind about it unless the design was completely changed. Besides im pretty sure their illegal in jersey
You might want to look in to the FS2000 like some have suggested. You can probably find a used one within your budget. Unfortunately an AUG is going to be over your budget by about $500.
I don’t really know much about the XCR but they seem to have a pretty dedicated following. I think most folks complaints are with the company itself and its past history of abandoning platforms leaving people hanging in the breeze.
Even if it was in my budget, the aug, like all other firearms, i would have to try one first. I feel like i may not like it but i wont trash talk it untill ive tried it, kinda like the AK.
Generally 200 yards on a known distance range.

I had an fs2000 and traded it off a few months ago. It was accurate.
Mag changes are a pita, you have to rip out the mag. You can make it easier by removing the gasket but then you bring in the chance of other problems by letting junk get up into the weapon. Can’t use pmags on the fs2000.
Weighs almost as much as a scar17.

I won’t buy another bullpup, not comfortable in the manner I have to shoot them and I started getting leery of the cartridge exploding right next to my face and eyes.
Im eventually gonna buy an ar-10 but for now i think il buy the f2000. I have only one problem though, aparently it is available with a 16" barrel, but i cant find anyone that sells one with a 16" barrel. Anyone have a link or site?

The FS2000 has a 17.5" barrel. The F2000 barrel is shorter, but it’s full auto, so you probably can’t buy one.

The article I posted would not have been written if nobody cared. We’re a site aimed toward professionals, and people who take shooting, and self defense very seriously.
I am asking you very respectfully to be more respectful to our members, especially ones with ‘‘Subject Matter Expert’’ under their name. As well as typing, and projecting yourself to the best of your ability.
I am not a moderator, or staff, but if you blow me off again (and the site rules/directives that I’ve posted) I will report you to a moderator, who will most likely deal with you more harshly.
Everyone else here DOES care. If you’d like to stick around here, you should as well.
