I was just about to buy the Blue Force Gear soc padded belt and realized the Eagle padded molle belt is half the price. Is it warranted? I certainly don’t mind spending the money on the BFG but wanted to know if I should save the $60 in price difference and put it toward pouches.

oh nevermind, just ordered the BFG, 2 ITW mag pouches, Maxpedition Rolly poly and 2 Eagle pistol pouches.
Did you order the suspenders or the kevlar that goes in the belt?
I went through several iterations of the 1st-line belt, and the BFG was by far the best combination of useable and comfortable to me, hands down. I’m still going through the process of what configuration makes it right for a stand-alone system that also properly supports my vest-mounted assault load, but that’s part of the fun…giving yourself an excuse to spend even MORE money! 
Vs. the Eagle belt, you’ll like having the ability to adjust the PALS wings of the BFG to match your waist size and/or need for PALS real-estate. The Eagle belt can’t do that.
I have the ATS. It suits my needs for a range rig.
Just make sure you get a good inner belt too.
It isn’t the combo so no suspenders. If I think I’ll need them I’ll have to pick some up. I have a Wilderness Instructors Belt, is that a good pairing?
